RestoreTax LLC ("RestoreTax," "we," "us") is a technology platform based in Menlo Park, California. RestoreTax is not a law firm, CPA firm, or accounting firm. All IRS representation services are performed by licensed enrolled agents who are independent contractors, not RestoreTax employees. These enrolled agents are authorized to practice before the IRS under Circular 230.
RestoreTax provides case preparation, program qualification assessment, and case management tools that connect taxpayers with licensed enrolled agents for IRS representation. Our platform analyzes your financial information and IRS data to identify resolution options, prepare case packages, and facilitate communication between you and your assigned enrolled agent.
RestoreTax and its enrolled agent partners do not guarantee any specific outcome. All IRS decisions regarding penalty abatement, offers in compromise, installment agreements, currently not collectible status, and other resolution programs are at the sole discretion of the Internal Revenue Service. Assessment results, estimated savings, and program eligibility determinations are estimates based on available information and IRS guidelines, not promises.
Your enrolled agent is an independent contractor who provides services through the RestoreTax platform. The enrolled agent-client relationship is between you and the assigned EA. RestoreTax facilitates the connection and provides case preparation tools but does not provide tax advice or IRS representation directly.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RestoreTax shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
